This November Creative Chef Studio and Artist Jasper Udink ten Cate worked together with designer Rinat Sherzer and Musician Walter Werzowa to create an intimate experience about the rebirth of Hope. Using a dinner setting, audio and human interaction with ingredients of hope, the guests where invited to create their own salad of hope. The choices they made were used as a data-tool to create an immersive music piece which was performed the same day by a group of musicians. A perfect example of how food, storytelling, interaction and music becomes something that was described ‘poetic’ and never to forget experience.
