Creative Chef Studio is a multidisciplinary ART & DESIGN studio founded by artist Jasper Udink ten Cate.
From his studio Jasper and his team create experiences that evolve around his artworks, designer objects and stories that are often but not necessarily linked with food.
His ‘experiential recipes’ use ingredients like biotech, physics, coding, music, philosophy, productdesign, biodiversity, fashion, graphics, painting and any kind of other discipline you can imagine. You could say his performances are ‘experiential recipes’ that are served in space and time.
The studio is also specialized in creative art direction, product-development and marketing strategies for companies. Jasper and his team worked for companies like NIKE, REEBOK, GOOGLE, AHOLD, BRIGHTFOOD SHANGHAI, BASF, RABOBANK, ABNAMRO and many more.
The Creative Chef team is also active as food designers and helped to create prizewinning chocolate, peanutbutter-brand, restaurant concepts, a cooking school and a coffee corner that helps minorities to get a job.
WHAT; I serve your brand. By designing high end food experiences and concepts i turn the act of eating and hospitality into Design and Art. I add value to the act of eating.
GOAL; Get food into museums and inspire people.
MOTTO; I’m a guy who enjoys life and all its imperfections and celebrations. I want to give and to create. I don’t enjoy the act of taking, its making that gets my groove of attention. Making in all various ways. Making people happy through making ART is the best. And what I consider to be ART is everything I want it to be ART. So ART is food, ART is giving, ART is ceramics, ART is design. A good and balanced life is the ART itself and if you can inspire people to reach ART than you are an ARTist.
