Over the past three month, we opened our summer museum: The Museum Of Taste. A magical spot on earth with an edible art collection! During intimate lunch sessions we welcomed wonderful guests from all over the globe. We shared historical stories with them about ingredients like: Day-Lilies, rare tomato varieties from the 50’s and Blue Horn carrots from 1928. Using these meaningful ingredients we served our lovely guests a three-course lunch. A sustainable farm to table concept which is totally future proof. Thank you all for coming.
