Besides creating the most extravagant and original dishes, Creative Chef participated in an educational program for the primary schools of Utrecht during our exhibition called “KunstKeuken” organised by the Vrijstaat.

During these lessons, children got the opportunity to develop creativity and think about food in a more artistic way, by using a full pallet of collard clay. The children were asked to make a full three-course dinner.

As a starter, the children had to clay their favourite memory of food. For the main course the children got the opportunity to clay their favourite dish and for dessert, they had to create a fantasy dish.

After the children clayed their personal menu, al the dishes were captured in a jar to use it for another exhibition in future.

In short: a fun way to teach children about creativity and food to break through the regular education program.
