I collaborated with Envisions to serve a unique lunch 5 times that week and I was inspired by samples and materials of the ‘Wood in Process’ collaboration between Envisions and Finsa. Layering and diversity were be key elements. I created a lunch with 3 different layers where each layer was a course. The 3 layers were served at the same time. Pretty cool, huh?
