Specially for the Food Unplugged Festival 2017 Creative Chef Jasper Udink ten Cate cooked with the local ingredients brought by the 600 guests he eventually cooked for. In 5 hours he turned the ingredients into a dinner with no preparation or knowledge of the products he was going to cook with!
